PROCESSING TIME

All products are freshly made and packed by hand.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be created, packed, and shipped.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.


SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped in the order they are received. Once your package is handed to USPS, delivery times are out of our control.

Please note: many USPS facilities do not scan packages immediately, which may cause tracking updates to appear only once your package reaches its destination city.

If your package is returned to us, please email us so we can assist.
We kindly ask that you do not email about tracking updates, as we see the same USPS tracking information you do.

Before placing your order, please double-check that your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, and refunds will not be issued for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly.


RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We do not accept returns.
All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged item

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund after reviewing your email.

If your order arrives incorrect, we will resend the correct item.

Please understand:

  • We do not issue refunds for packages marked “Delivered” by USPS.

  • We do not issue refunds for shipping delays, especially during holidays.

  • We do not issue refunds because a customer no longer wants the item or does not like the product. Every item is handmade fresh with care.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund request that does not meet these guidelines.
