I absolutely love this scrub, it melted slightly but it’s still great. I saw on a different lip scrub review that someone was complaining that it wasn’t filled all the way but i’m sure it’s done by weight, not by looks. Even if it isn’t done by weight, the amount you get is so much for $13. Like be so serious, the amount of scrub you use vs the amount you get? This scrub will last you weeks with daily use and people usually don’t use lip scrubs daily
This product was amazing just like the other ones I bought, and I just loved the formula and the texture. It also tasted and smelled so good! I did want to get the strawberry lemonade lip scrub instead of this one, but it sold out before I could get it. This package also leaked a bit, but like the cherry lip scrub, I was able to easily clean it up and it wasn’t much of a problem. You’re doing a great job!!

I got the Strawberry Lemonade, Dragonfruit & Strawberry lip scrubs & honestly you can tell they weren't filled all the way (yes filled as in no gaps at all idc what anyone says) so it was kinda disappointing. also I guess the oils it contains leaked on the other products I bought making them feel greasy & oily so not happy with that either. But they do smell & taste good so I guess there's that. They feel nice on the lips when scrubbing although I only tried the Strawberry so far since I just got them today. (7/7/25)
Thank you so much for your order and for taking the time to leave a review. I’m really sorry to hear that the scrubs arrived looking messy — I can totally understand how disappointing that must have been.
All of our lip scrubs are filled by weight, but sometimes due to natural oil separation and how the jars settle in transit, they can look less full than they actually are. It also sounds like USPS may not have handled the package as gently as we would’ve hoped, which definitely could’ve caused some of the leakage you noticed.
That said, I take full responsibility and I’m already working on improving how we seal and pack everything so this doesn’t happen in the future. I truly appreciate your feedback — it helps me grow and do better.
